Biography
For over a decade, Casey has represented clients on the full range of criminal cases as well as family and other civil matters. Casey is also a member of the Henrico Recovery Court Team. Her professional and personal philosophy include giving back in ways that make a meaningful difference to the communities to which she dedicates her practice.
In 2025 she was recognized as one of the Top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyers for Criminal Defense in Virginia.
Prior to entering private practice, Casey served as a prosecutor for five years in Henrico County, Virginia. She regularly appeared before the General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and Circuit Court. This gives her a unique ability to understand court procedures and work with the other side to come up with a fair and beneficial resolution. In addition, Casey started her law career under the tutelage of Chief Justice Donald Lemons of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Casey earned her B.A. in International Studies from American University and her Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
Casey and her family live in Henrico.
